New to CrossFit?
We run a FREE consultation and workout for anyone who wants to try CrossFit. CrossFit is unlike any other training program and you need to try it in order to see what it’s all about.
We begin with a complimentary consultation. This is our chance to get to know you and find out how we can help? Do you currently workout? Do you have any previous injuries? What are your short and long term goals?
We finish up by putting you through a proper warmup followed by a CrossFit workout. This will give you an idea of what CrossFit is all about. It’s harder than it looks.
Our Beginner program is meant to introduce you to the foundational movements of CrossFit. Mechanics classes are scheduled on an individual basis between the coach and the athlete. The priority for Mechanics classes is moving properly and correctly. Technique and proper form are challenging but heavily emphasized for all fitness levels.
Our group classes are based around the principle of general physical preparedness. We want to make daily living a breeze for you. They begin with a warmup followed by a strength piece and finish with a conditioning workout to get you sweaty. Group classes can be modified to ANY fitness level. We promise you don't need to "get fit" to start CrossFit.
Our weightlifting class has a focus on two movements. The snatch and the clean and jerk. Our goal is to continue to refine these movements so that you can begin to understand these movements on a whole new deeper level.
One coach, one athlete and 100% attention. A coach will write a personalized program that you will complete together. This program will geared towards providing results, support, and a high level of motivation.
