Refund Policy

As with any gym membership sold in the province of Ontario there is a 10 day cooling off period. Therefore, from the time the membership contract is signed the member have 10 days to cancel the contract penalty free.

Once the cooling off period has elapsed a member may cancel a gym membership by mail or by emailing jonathan@opexottawa.com. The member will obliged to pay a fee to cancel equivalent to one month. Please note our physical mailing address is listed at the bottom of this page.
