It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.

The best thing we can do is make them strong.

Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.

We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. Our gym uses a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to love exercise.

Our kids coach DJ has extensive experience coaching kids from 8-16 years old.

We typically run Kids classes in 8 week blocks. Please reach out to find out when our next block will begin

Coach DJ

 

As a youth soccer coach with Ottawa South United between 2012 through 2015, I have had the privilege of guiding young athletes through their early experiences in the sport. Starting as an Assistant Coach for my daughter’s U6 Girls team in 2012, I developed foundational skills in coaching and mentorship, focusing on fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. In 2015, I took on the role of Head Coach for the U7 Girls team, where I implemented age-appropriate training sessions that emphasized skill development, confidence-building, and enjoyment of soccer. Over the past decade, my coaching experience has not only allowed me to contribute to the growth of these young players but has also enriched my understanding of youth development in sports, reinforcing the importance of creating a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
